Visiting the Oregon Caves

Mark had yesterday off, so we headed off to the Oregon Caves. I hadn't been to the caves since I was probably Emma's age and Mark and the girls had never been there. We really enjoyed ourselves. The weather was beautiful up there and the cave was fascinating. The rock formations are very cool. Emma really liked the holes and crevasses. Tori enjoyed the steep stairs that took us from area to area. Both girls were great and no one complained about all of the walking. After our tour of the cave we ate a picnic lunch. It was a fun day spending some time together.

Looks like fun. I'm not sure I've been ther. I'll put it on my list when my kids are up to all that walking.

What a great trip. I haven't been there since I was Tori's age. I think having the picnic was a very nice touch.

Danny and I went there when I was about 18. That was a long time ago. Glad you had some family fun!
