Emma had a friend stay over Wednesday night. After going to the dentist to have sealants put on, the girls were begging to go to the pool. It wasn't the greatest of weather, but we decided to check it out anyway. Tori kept wondering if she would remember how to swim and Emma kept repeating, "I wonder if I can still dive." They were so excited to be back in the pool. It really is one of their favorite summer activities. After about 45 minutes in the water, they were ready to get out. They were cold. Even if it didn't last too long, they were excited about their first swim.

First Swim

That was brave to be in the water. I'm more of a warm weather swimmer. Way to go girls.
How fun....it does look a little cold though. Kenna sure has grown up, I haven't seen her in 2 years.
Swimming in the pool is a sure sign that summer is here. Maybe it will warm up later this week and they can enjoy their swim a little longer.
Looks like you were lucky to have the pool to yourselves!!!
