Tonight we got the opportunity to meet the teachers at school. Tori was excited to meet her teacher, although she is a little nervous about having a "boy teacher". She did get to see where she sits and where her cubby is. After meeting him she was feeling quite a bit better and thinks that he will be "ok". She does wonder though what he will sound like when he is mad. After meeting Tori's teacher we went to see Emma's teacher. Emma wasn't able to meet her since she is at camp so Tori sat at her desk at let me take of picture of her for Emma. 
Then we met the new principal. Tori really likes her and thinks she will be a good principal.Emma comes home tomorrow. I am so glad. I have really missed her and am excited that she will be back. Absence really does make the heart grow fonder. I am excited to hear her about her experience at her first church camp.

That was really fun to see you and Tori tonight. I'm sure that she won't have to much to worry about from me getting mad. If she is really curious she should just ask Emma to she if she remembers.

You are fast with the posting! I am worried how I am going to keep up with the blogging. This first week has been crazy....with Meet the Teacher Night being today this is the first time I have sat down today for longer than a few minuted here and there!!! Tori looks so darling in these pics!

Hi Michelle. Something tells me that having Austin in that class, Tori might get to see Mr. Hughes get upset a few times. He thinks last year was interesting with our older ones, we'll see how he does with the younger bunch.

Tori looks adorable in those pictures. Still can't believe she is starting first grade in a couple of days.
Did she get a haircut!?! Super cute! WOW! First grade? Where have the years gone? She looks excited about it all! I can't wait to hear about all her adventures. I've been wondering how Emma did at camp! Maybe she can blog about it!?! *wink*
My kids got to meet their teachers last night too - Zebe gets his first "boy" teacher who seems really cool and Ethan's teacher is on maternity leave for the first 12 weeks or so. I should've thought to take my camera, but leaving work early to get there was about all I could think about!
